Our commitment to excellence, compliance, and delivering maximum value to clients and stakeholders sets us apart in the global facilities management industry.Job Title: Program/Project Manager Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program/Project Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, delivering results on time and within budget, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.Responsibilities:• Manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery of business objectives, scope, and timelines are met.• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication across all stakeholders.• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.• Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate project progress, and escalate issues as necessary.• Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder requirements.• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with project governance processes.• Continuously improve project management methodologies, processes, and tools, improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and drive adoption across the organization. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field. Recognized Certifications in Asset and/or Project Management will be an added advantage.• 5+ years of experience in program/project management.• Experience managing large, complex, and cross-functional projects with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.• Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies and developing mitigation plans.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on insights along with the capability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK) and experience in best practices that include ISO 55000 series and/or IMA practices and other relevant standards.Knowledge of asset management processes, including planning, acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal, and understanding the importance of data quality, accuracy, and security in asset management.Should possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Experience working with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
