EDSC is looking for a knowledgeable Audio-Visual (AV) Technician/Operator to join our team.
Requirements:
Male, Filipino nationality
Graduate of any technical course
2 – 3 years experience in Installation, Termination, Configuration and Maintenance of AV systems & equipment such as Amplifiers, Audio Controller, Digital Player, Projectors, TV Panels, High-End Speakers, and other Audio Video equipment.
Must be familiar with and able to setup, operate and maintain all components of an Audio Visual system.
Must have basic of hands on experience for termination of input and output (Audio & Video), different type of connectors, XLR, RCA, VGA, etc.
Knowledge in AV software such as Crestron.
Responsibilities:
• Notify integrator/supervisor when major equipment repairs are needed.
• Perform minor repairs and routine cleaning of audio and video equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve media system problems.
• Design layouts of audio and video equipment and perform upgrades and maintenance.
• Install, adjust, and operate electronic equipment to record, edit, and transmit radio and television programs, motion pictures, video conferencing, or multimedia presentations.
• Inform users of audio and video service policies and procedures.
• Control the lights and sound of events, such as live concerts, before and after performances, and during intermissions.
• Mix and regulate sound inputs and feeds or coordinate audio feeds with television pictures.
• Reserve audio-visual equipment and facilities, such as meeting rooms.
• Maintain inventories of audio and video related supplies.
