We are looking to hire an Officer – Salary Admin who will be responsible for assisting in implementing our client’s competitive compensation strategy. The company is based in Abu Dhabi- one of the largest companies in the region.This position is a 12-month contract. Key responsibilities: Policies, Processes & Procedures: Ensure adherence to approved remuneration policies, processes, and procedures, monitoring staff compliance for controlled work execution.Day-to-day Operations:Implement assigned tasks in the Salary Administration section to meet established standards.Support efficient administration of current remuneration policies, procedures, and practices for effective employee and organizational needs.Contribute to workforce motivation by maintaining accurate HR Master data and administering salary changes due to promotions or pay grade adjustments.Improve back-office processes, identify cost-cutting opportunities, and address Employee Care Centre issues promptly.Budget: Verify budgets for hiring, transfers, and promotions.SAP OM Maintenance:Update organizational structure in SAP OM as per the approved org chart.Generate accurate reports as needed.Maintenance of HR Master Data: Check the correctness and integrity of employees’ master data for accurate payroll processing.Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist in processing employee compensation and benefits disbursements in line with agreed contracts and remuneration packages.Governance: Process transfers and promotions for approval Safety, Quality & Environment: Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies for a healthy and safe work environment.Knowledge, skills & experience:Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.2-4 years of relevant experience in salary administration or payroll processing.Knowledge of compensation and benefits practicesKnowledge of payroll processes Availability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
