We are looking to hire an HR Assistant who will be responsible for HR admin-related tasks for our client based in Dubai- one of the largest semi-governmental organizations in the region.This position is an initial contract of 6 months and is renewable.Key responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Government Relations Department.Assist in the processing of visa – employment entry permits/visa transfer/ Emirates ID for new recruits.Organize and complete all documentation formalities for new recruits to get the residence visa within the prescribed time limit.Documentation of visa medical certificate (MC) for new/existing staff.Other administrative tasks as assigned.Filing and organizing employee documents in an efficient and timely manner.Knowledge, skills & experience:1-3 years of relevant experience. Has Experience working in fast paced environment and managed 30 – 50 new hires per month.Proficiency in document management.Knowledge of UAE visa procedures is a plus.Strong attention to detail.Good communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in office software.Availability:Immediately (we are unable to accommodate a notice period) We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
