ECS ME Hiring for Project Manager at Dubai Full Time

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements

•Drafting and issuance of project proposals and preliminary schedules

•Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members

•Track the progress and quality of work being performed by the Vendor Team

•Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures

•Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team

•Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner

•Review project reports from Vendor team throughout the lifecycle of the project

•Prepare substantial completion report and ensure all required project close out documents are

•obtained

•Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others

•Keep the Stake Holders updated about project status and issues that may impact client relations

•Creating a project management calendar

•Developing project strategies

•Administrative & reporting duties.

Requirements

•6-8 years of retail industry experience will be a plus.

•8-10 years of Project management experience in the delivery of large scale projects.

•Understanding of retail industry IT environment with a deep understanding of POS system & infrastructure.

•Must have worked on some reporting tool especially in MS-Excel for data analysis.

•Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills

•Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment

•Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

•Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Valid UAE driving license and own car
