ECS ME Hiring for IT Project Coordinator at Dubai Full Time

Professional Services-IT Services:

Min 1 resource to be permanently available for the project requirements for IT office

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Liaise with employees to identify and define requirements, scoping documentation
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that employee needs are met as projects evolve
• Help prepare budgets documentation and adhoc reports
• Creation of the task and assignment in helpdesk system
• Oversee procurement activity for the IT department.
• Update project progress and handle any issues that arise with the team and management
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants and management
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Manage agendas/appointments etc. for the management
• Submit timely reports and prepare MOM/presentations/proposals as assigned
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results

Skills

• Administrator must possess strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Should be familiar with all aspect of project management, such as budgeting and scheduling, and exercise strong time management skills. The abilities to work independently as needed, manage teams and apply analytical skills are crucial.
• First level support for troubleshooting with systems and programs.
• Communication skills – Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills for responding to customer complaints, explaining data to colleagues or making
• Computer proficiency – Should have computer proficiency and advanced proficiency in managing documents, Microsoft office and working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
• Customer service skills – knowledge of dealing with a customers / employee on a regular basis
• Attention to detail – Knowledge of schedule meetings, arrange calls and modify schedules with high level of attention to detail.
• Organizational skills – Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills and ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters
  
  Time Management:
• Ability to be punctual and to schedule time such that you can complete all assigned tasks must be able to effectively manage their time to finish their duties by a set deadline. Other Duties
• Document Control
• Main point of contact for reception, passes, keys, meeting room bookings, invoices
• Manage the printer contract, order refills
• Manage the email system
• Some finance support and basic finance tasks including petty cash handling
• Stationary orders
• IT support – helping staff to iron out any IT issues, ensuring staff use backed up file storage systems
• Database updating – changes of contact details, campaign signatures
• Basic staff admin support, as needed
• Arrange for any repairs
• Min 3 years office management experience.
• Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, other MS Office tools, Adobe
• Basic bookkeeping or budgetary experience
• Experience updating and managing a contact database
• Good organizer
• Commitment to working cooperatively
• Self-starter; manages own time and workload independently; copes well under pressure
• Knowledge of office risk assessments and safety
