Ecommerce Merchandiser Job DescriptionAt TECCODD, we are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Merchandiser to join our team. As an Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility, conversion rates, and average order value.Key Responsibilities:Merchandising Strategy Development: Analyze sales performance, site traffic, and customer behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment on merchandising initiatives.Product Assortment and Pricing: Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotions to achieve sales and margin targets.Content Creation: Develop compelling product presentations, including product descriptions, images, and videos, to enhance the online shopping experience.Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay informed on industry developments and identify areas for differentiation.Website Optimization: Continuously optimize website navigation, search functionality, and filtering options to improve user experience and drive sales.Merchandising Tools and Platforms: Utilize merchandising tools and platforms to schedule and deploy content updates, promotions, and merchandising campaigns.Site Audits: Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve any merchandising issues or discrepancies.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field.Experience: Proven experience in E-commerce merchandising or related roles.Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
