Role Summary

We are looking for an Account Manager with proven experience in managing & growing a book of business in the Middle East with existing & new client acquisitions.

This role will manage the key relationship for the Middle East-based clients across sectors (Retail, e-Commerce). This involves leading client engagements and strategy primarily in the areas of Analytics, Customer Experience, Content, CRM campaigns, Data Governance, Data management, Robotic Process Automation, and IT application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement accounts in the Middle East. Typical engagements include digital analytics, campaigns management, competitive intelligence, eCommerce operations, customer and campaign analytics, content operations, pricing analysis, demand forecasting, personalization, and data management
• Leverage and build a regional and industry network to identify new client and sales opportunities
• Responsible for portfolio revenue targets and growth
• Partner internally with the eClerx Product and Center of Excellence team, Solution Strategist, and Pre-sales team to identify the right eClerx platforms addressing the client requirement, and respond to new sales opportunities (from existing contacts or generated sales leads)
• Support the eClerx business development, execution, and senior management globally to anticipate and identify new opportunities and service areas
• Develop and maintain active relationships with key stakeholders throughout the engagement portfolio
• Closely work with offshore operations team to manage issues/risks and delivery excellence
• Work closely with product leads to identify opportunities in the accounts and pursue the same for closure
• Manage project proposals, timelines, and deliverables for engagements from proposal through implementation in conjunction with the services team

Eligibility Requirements

• Prior experience in Ecommerce OR Retail industry is required
• Substantial experience in client management and engagements, account management, consulting services delivery, or similar business areas
• Proven ability to manage USD 1 million+ book of business

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills – the ability to network and earn client confidence and trust at all levels of seniority from day to day management to “C” level contact

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; MBA preferred
• Applicants must have the right to work in UAE
