The Manager of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) is responsible for the setting strategy and effective operation of the Dubai-based CEC. He/She will develop programs, events, demonstrations, digital and physical marketing tools and training courses to drive organic growth, demand generation, education and thought leadership for Eaton and key stakeholders.
Reporting to the Strategy and Marketing Director, interacting closely with commercial directors, country sales teams, marketing organizations in ME, EMEA and Globally, as well as Finance and business support teams for effective operations of the center.
He/She will deal externally with prospects/Customers, consultants, End-users, regulators, governmental bodies as well as third-party universities and associations to maximize the impact of Eaton’s investments in the Dubai Experience center.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop the strategy for Eaton customer experience center (CEC) in middle East & oversee the execution to maximize the short & long-term benefits to Eaton stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align actions related of experience center and gain buy-in and Support for programs/direction (regional leadership team, commercial Director and sales managers, marketing teams)
- Manage projects for CEC evolution, upgrade and/or expansion, collaborate with product management and prescription teams to integrate new products, solutions, software and services.. specify and develop demonstration for them. Including planning, coordination, investment approval and project management.
- Plan and Lead technical tours daily, including the demonstration of energized electrical equipment, tailored for a range of customers from students to C-Level executives and internal training events.
- Responsible for creating and delivering high value, world class experiences forboth internal and external visitors to Eaton CEC
- Create Technical demonstrations, Trainong content and video content in the form of script writing and on-screen production explaining complex electrical applications and key value proposition.
- Collaborate with other Eaton CECs engineers and oversees centers to create unique demo designs and share best practice
- Work with CEC coordinator to manage CEC operations and logistics, to insure outmost effective, efficient and safe utilization of assets and resources, Support facility operations and ensure safety of visitors
- Responsible for overall process development and management and site leadership of the experience center, operations and safety procedures and supporting efficiency through common work processes, work documentation and collaboration
- Partner with local universities and trade associations as appropriate and create partnerships that build value for the broader industry and Eaton, including a pipeline of courses and interns.
- work on maximizing Training sales revenue, through training services sales operations
Qualifications:
- Education level required: B.Sc. Electrical , electronic engineering (MBA and PMP is a plus)
- Years and Area of Experience: 10 – 15 years in the same field (Product Management & Electrical Engineering)
- Technical Knowledge/Experience: Deep Domain Expertise and Broad knowledge of electrical equipment (Eaton equipment preferred), power systems knowledge, equipment/system design, strong hands-on troubleshooting, problem solving skills, strong project management , presentation skills and computer skills
- Fair Understanding about IEC Standards and regional technical specifications and requirements for power management, control, critical power and/or safety application.
- Commercial skills is a Plus
