As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating the drawings. You will oversee and maintaining a smooth opening, submitting designs and tendering in a timely manner.

What you will do:

• Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to your Direct Line Manager in a timely manner
• Overlook the tendering process for the upcoming projects:
  • Arrange BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
  • Create BOQs comparison
• Supervise the contractors and suppliers work advancement on site
• Prepare the work schedule and the critical path for all projects under construction
• Assist the Head of Engineering with the openings forecast from a budget perspective
• Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship between internal and external parties

Requirements

• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and MS
• 3 years of experience in GCC Market
• Valid driving license ;preferable you have car
• Willing to travel if needed
• Preferable Arabic speaker
• Possibility of joining immediately or maximum 1 month notice
