Easy Wedding. One of the largest wedding & events companies in the Gulf is looking for an Administrative Assistant / HR Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.
A few things you need to be aware of before applying:
- Candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in HR (accounting, recruiting, office support)
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Non-negotiable skills: English & experience in a similar position
– Main missions: Administrative Assistant
- What you’ll do:Actively support our growing team in HR-related topics: hiring (sourcing, first interviews), training & onboardings
Admin-related tasks: payments (customers & suppliers followups & payments),
Office support (manage leaves & HR systems)
- What you’ll have to do: Learn, learn & learn
– Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support our managers in recruitment: source candidates, conduct the first interview
- Bookkeeping tasks: manage suppliers’ payments, followup customers’ payments
- Office administration: manage company leaves, onboarding & HR systems
– Ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting or HR;
- Work experience in a technical marketing field not less than 3 years at an entry level;
- Having practised hiring & accounting for your own startup or another company;
- Good communication skills with English proficiency;
- Love excel (or Google Spreadsheets) and data;
- Creativity, problem-solving skills;
- Extroverted ones with strong verbal and written communication skills;

- Offices: Tbilisi (Georgia) & Dubai (UAE)
- Team: 10+ person full time, 20+ part-time, friendly environment
