Our Early Career Training – Engineering program is a 12-month opportunity for fresh graduates to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in the field of power systems engineering.This program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, with a focus on developing leadership and communication skills. You’ll work closely with our experienced team to deliver assigned tasks and projects, and have the opportunity to partner with leaders across various business functions.Key Responsibilities:Participate in assignments, projects, and tasks related to your major, with a focus on developing leadership and communication skills.Collaborate with leaders and interact with cross-functional teams to deliver assigned tasks.Support the MEA Services & Operations team in daily activities and deliverables.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university (preferably electrical engineering).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Active listener with good communication skills in English and Arabic.Previous internship or relevant experience in a similar field would be an advantage.A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Desired Characteristics:Curious and proactive with high levels of integrity, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.Master’s degree is a plus.Highly organized and systematic with solid time management skills.Additional Information:Relocation Assistance Provided: No
