Looking fir a Senior Manager- Organisational Development with at least 10 years of experience in Manpower planning

• Develop group-wide reward strategy and framework outlining the guidelines for the Group’s pay system, rewards and benefits policies to ensure that current and future HR requirements are met in accordance with HR strategy and business needs.

• Establish the framework of manpower planning & budgeting (SLA’s/Opex/G&A/Capex Allocations) and drive the formulation of Group-wide manpower plan and budgets and ensure the continued updating and realignment of these plans in line with shifting business requirements.

• Monitor and report all development in manpower movements, including in and out, transfers, promotion replacement, requests etc. ensuring they are in line with approved manpower budget; ensure optimal budgetary headcount levels across the Group in line with current and planned business activity levels and report the same to company’s management.

• Provide support in developing Human resource policies, processes and procedures to ensure standardized procedures are in place ensuring effective implementation of the same. Guiding the relevant team in the implementation of the policies, procedures and DOAs in the system.

• Formulate and manage organizational development plans and ensure implementation to achieve and sustain a comprehensive, focused and structured organizational change within the firm including organizational restructuring and redefining roles.

• Drive improvements in the Group’s organizational structure to ensure clear lines of accountability, ownership, and communication and optimal managerial spans on control.

• Manage the implementation and improvements of the Group-wide Grading Structure and Policies (i.e. salaries, allowances, incentives, fixed and variable bonuses, benefits) including the design of a competitive rewards structure capable of attracting and retaining talent while remaining cost effective and benchmark with best regional/global practices; ensure it is in line with relevant remuneration markets.

• Review the processes of job definition and evaluation to ensure jobs are systematically graded, valued and ranked and submit to the for HOD approval.

• Develop an effective Talent management and Succession Planning Framework that ensures the availability of capable and experienced successors for critical roles accorss the company.

• Establish guidelines for the identifying the Group talent and managing them in line with strategic objectives and effectively coordinate with other functions in attaining, developing, and retaining organizational talent.

• Oversea the annual training plan and ensure yearly training calendar is established and published to all the employees. Monitor the training progress throughout the year and ensure HOD feedback is received on trained employees.

• Oversea, review and approve the monthly payroll and ensure that the payroll is run on time and without any errors as per the policies.

• Manage the auditors and provide all the requirements as per the audit schedule and timelines for all the four audits (Delloitte/PWC/Government/ Internal Audit) for company verticals on yearly basis. Ensure the audit logs are closed and recommendations are implemented based on the suggested timelines with mitigation plans.

• Oversea the employee engagement program and ensure yearly survey is conducted on time and results are communicated to employees. Lead the organization towards engaged and inclusive culture.

• Propose and lead the annual salary survey and propose new changes to the compensation based on the market analysis to the management.

• Provide salary confirmation for new recruits based on the internal peer group and market salary ranges and ensure all new recruits are paid as per the peers on similar job.

• Work with management consultants, on projects assignments based on the business requirement.

• Provide direction/guidance and motivate subordinates across Department to enhance performance and produce quality work; ensure that subordinates are continuously developed for higher levels.

• Oversea and ensure communication related to the function is developed and communicated to employees on time.

• Ensure all the documentation in relation to rewards and talent management is scanned and saved on share drive for ease of access and readily available

• Mentor and develop team using a supportive and collaborative approach towards establishing and monitoring staff performance and development goals, assigning accountabilities, setting objectives, establishing priorities, conducting annual performance appraisals, and administering salary adjustments.

• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
