Eagleye HR Consultants Hiring for Leasing Executive Job at Dubai

We are currently hiring for our client and are looking for a Leasing executive with a strong background in the rental of commercial properties in Dubai. Preferably someone who can start immediately.

Main responsibilities:

· Responsible for maximizing the sales of the company by leasing the properties – (commercial offices in particular).

· Explore the market, carry out market research on prospective tenants, leasing pricings, and other relevant information in order to achieve or exceed the assigned objectives.

· Provide input to the leasing strategy and business plans in order to identify new leasing opportunities in markets and achieve the annual objectives.

· Implement policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent and systematic application of leasing practices.

· Maintain regular contact with developers, landlords, investors, tenants, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones

· Attend property viewing prospective owners and tenants

· Keep up to date with UAE real estate market and proposed developments property laws, tenants, developers, investors, competitors, and their marketing activities

· Maintain accurate files records and databases Produce reports when required to update management and clients

· Ensure documents are correctly filled deposits paid and contracts are delivered properly

· Meet and negotiate with business partners to finalize transactions

Requirements

· UAE driving license

· Strong experience in commercial property selling (mostly offices)

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Strong English language skills

· Minimum qualification required – Graduate

· Presentable Personality

· Personal integrity

· Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
