BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) industry based in Dubai, UAE is looking for an Investment Coordinator, Arabic speaking nationals are required for this role and preference is for female candidates. Understanding of Islamic investment principles and Shariá compliance (desirable) and minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative role preferably in Financial Services Institution.
To be responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations and to assist the Group Chief Investment Officer to make the best use of his time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. In addition to this, the Executive Assistant will be assisting the GCIO in some additional duties when it come to projects coordination, procurement or liaising with third party for updates or payments.

Knowledge and Education Graduate Degree in Business Admin or related field Knowledge of MS Office Well organized, flexible, able to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, can work under pressure, remaining proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
