Eagleye HR Consultants Hiring for Asset Management Executive Job at Dubai Full Time

Accounts:

• Maintaining soft and hard copy of the Invoices of the suppliers
• Forwarding invoices to accounts teams for payments
• Timely follow-up with accounts for the payment of the invoices as per the agreed terms and stages with the vendors
• Obtaining relevant supporting for the invoicing and payments e.g. completion certificate, reports, etc.
• Tracking of the payments

Procurement:

• Filing the documents when RFP is issued, and maintaining the track of selected process for internal records or audit purposes
• Raising PR in the oracle system
• Preparing single source/ contracts/ agreements as required for the
• Maintaining supporting for the contracts/ agreement for each of the vendor such as consultant/ vendor details, proforma invoices, tax invoices, and related paper work
• Tracking the PO and payments that are related to the PO

Operations/ PM/ DFM

• Preparation of payment memos and other related topics.
• Processing payment of Utilities with relevant memos and supporting i.e. DEWA, telecom service provider
• Maintaining, filing and organizing memos, contracts, important documentation, and other as relevant in hard and soft copy format for Asset Management department and ensuring safekeeping of confidential materials
• Follow-up and track the approvals with various departments and fast tracking the internal processes to meet the commitments
• Providing assistance with preparation of memos, communications, reports, presentations and other documents using the Microsoft Office suite
• Extraction of data from various secondary sources for research databases such as property finder, property monitors
• Research and retrieval of data from internal and external sources / databases for analysis

Others

• Acting as coordinator and main point of contact for the team for any queries and managing them
• Extensive diary management of the team – including arranging meetings with internal/external parties
• Purchasing office supplies, stationery and stock
• Performing other relevant administrative duties when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
