Dr Nutrition UAE is seeking a dedicated E-Commerce and Q-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving the success of our online sales channels by managing and optimizing operations across various platforms.Responsibilities:Manage and optimize operations on leading Q-commerce platforms like Talabat and Instashop.Develop and implement promotional offers to boost sales and enhance platform performance.Proactively resolve order issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Leverage your expertise in E-commerce trends, customer behavior analytics, and online marketing strategies to drive growth.Stay abreast of the latest E-commerce tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Q-commerce and E-commerce.In-depth understanding of quick commerce operations, including inventory management, rapid fulfillment, and customer satisfaction strategies.Strong grasp of E-commerce trends, customer behavior analytics, and online marketing strategies.Proficiency in managing and optimizing operations on Talabat and Instashop platforms.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
