Job SummaryThis role is for WonderBee Ice Cream FactoryWe are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team in the combined role of Procurement, Front Office and HR Administrator. This unique position requires the ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks within the procurement department while also providing excellent front office and HR support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a welcoming demeanor.ResponsibilitiesHuman ResourcesProvide support to the HR Executive in all HR related administrative work for 25 employees. ProcurementProvide general administrative support to the procurement department.Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation.Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Maintain a vendor database with up-to-date information.Assist in the evaluation and selection of vendors based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines.Generate purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely processing.Collaborate with other departments to confirm order specifications and requirements.Track and manage order status to ensure timely delivery.AdministrationProviding support at the office for all administrative work Candidate RequirementsAble to work under pressure and fast learner.Minimum 1 year experience required in admin job.Candidate must be available in UAE.Immediate JoinerAbout Dunkin’Dunkin’ UAE first opened its doors in May 1997 and since then, it has grown to 70 stores across the UAE.
