Sr Software Engineer

Job Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement full stack solutions using .NET technologies, SharePoint and frontend frameworks (Angular/React)
• Support and maintain production applications including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, resolutions and applying preventive measures.
• Participate in requirements gathering and analysis and interacting with relevant stakeholders for satisfying internal and governmental business demands.
• Collaborate with project and section managers for adapting to new requirements and finding solution to business problems.
• Participate in analyzing and setting corrective actions for observations reported by internal audit or third party assessments on relevant application.
• Communicate progress updates and reports to project stakeholders on implementation process, technical activities, challenges and milestones and risks involved.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in full stack web development
• Experience in the following landscape (.NET & .NET Core technologies [Web | API MVC] , MS SQL, Entity Framework, SharePoint, Angular/React, RESTful APIs)
• Proven experience in post-production support and fair knowledge of ITIL
• Participate in regular code reviews
• In-depth understanding to SDLC, design patterns, SOLID principles, clean coding, using agile methodologies.
• Experience working with Git source control and Jira.
• Experience with agile Scrum development methodology and practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is plus.
