This exciting opportunity in the alternative hospitality space is suitable for a qualified candidate that is ambitious and highly motivated to grow as part of the team driving a thriving market leader forward.
Job Responsibility:
. Respond to all booking inquiries, and prompt bookings, Manage online booking channels.
. Ensure property listings are accurate and follow up on booking payment settlement with Finance Manager
. Liaise with agents and maximise booking revenues, and achieve occupancy and ADR targets.
. Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones, react promptly to guests requirements and inquires.
. Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service
. Coordinate with Technical Manager, Asset Manager, and General Manager on all relevant issues
. Direct, coach, and manage involved staff to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to
meeting and escorting guests to their properties
. Knowing how to handle the emergency procedure.
. Handling of guests request and complains taking ownership of guests feedback. Correspond with guests and handle the complaint if possible.
Candidate qualifications:
Can display strong local knowledge of the real estate market and/or hospitality and hotels sector
Strong but friendly personality that can deal with high pressure and high expectations.
Self-motivated individual that can devise solutions, and improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Highly developed communication skills, including verbal and written, as well as reporting and presentation skills.
Remuneration:
Basic Salary AED 5,000 to 5,500/-
Includes good commission (performance based).
Short Term Hospitality Back ground and own Visa preferred
