Work Location
You will be working at one of our Branch in SHARJAH – Industrial Area
Your Responsibilities
1. Receiving of shipments and scanning them.
2. Ensure all the shipments received are sorted according to the area.
3. Ensuring all the sorted shipments are assigned to respective Delivery Assistant.
4. Dispatching of the Shipments to Delivery Assistants.
5. Ensuring the system is updated properly and accurately.
6. Tracking all the shipments and receiving any undelivered shipments.
7. ensuring the closing of the day such as cash closing, receiving all shipments are done properly.
8. Reporting, Replying to all emails and keeping the Line Managers updated.
Requirements:
1. Must be qualified
2. Must be willing to work in night and rotational shift
3. Good written and verbal communication
4. Willing to do Physical work
5. Can Do and Positive attitude is a must.
