. Lead Generation, Telesales, and Customer Service Positions.
. Candidates based in UAE.
. We are seeking dynamic and personable sales and customer service agents to manage client inquiries. A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.
. Job Location: Dubai – UAE
. Work Days: 6 days a Week
. Responsibilities:
. A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through outbound calls and electronic communications.
. Qualifications:
. Proficient in desktop applications and the internet
. Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
. Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on-call scripting, and industry product knowledge
. Candidates must complete our training course
