We are hiring a Female Salon Manager to provide customer and administrative support for our newly opening modern beauty salon. We have legacy of 10 years and are expanding our business with multiple branches. We provide a beautiful, modern, multicultural work space for our team.
Candidate must have a minimum of 2-year experience as a Salon Manager in a ladies salon.
Job Responsibilities:
. Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
. Attending to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints.
. Booking and managing appointments.
. Managing phone calls, emails, deliveries and salon inventory.
. Ensuring that the salon is kept clean and hygienic.
. Assisting with marketing and sales by providing customers with information on promotions and new products and services.
. Support with social media marketing
. Processing transactions and issuing receipts
. Performing administrative tasks such as filing, updating records, generating daily and monthly reports.
. Managing staff and their schedule
Skills Required:
. Proficiency in administrative computer software such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
. Proficient at social media platforms for marketing including Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook
. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
. Excellent customer service skills.
. Strong marketing skills.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
. Time management and organizational abilities
