Description:

1. Knowledgeable about facility and cleaning services management with minimum of 5 years experience
2. On Husband/Wife Visa (Optional)
3. Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
4. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines,
participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
5. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
6. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
7. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
8. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
9. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
10. Communicating with the board or other senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects
11. Coordinating with the clients to discuss their cleaning needs and the service to be provided
12. Maintaining good customer relationships
