Paradise Bliss Realty LLC is based in Motor City, Dubai. Looking for experienced Property Consultants with 2 packages-
Package 1- Salary (Target Based) + 50% commission
Package 2- Commission Basis only – 50 to 70% commission
Your Responsibilities
Adding portfolio of properties for sale and rent
Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process
Preparing required documentation to complete transactions
Continue to develop network to become an area specialist
Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
Attending events of the property developers

Requirements
Minimum Higher secondary education
Knowledge in Real Estate with at least one year in a leasing & sales role within the UAE
Strong negotiation skills – experience in offering expert customer service
Ability to work under pressure and independently with great dedication
Good communication skills – written and spoken English is a must
Must be presentable, have a professional attitude
Candidates with Own car & UAE Driving license are most preferable and should be well knowledgeable about Dubai locations, other candidates who can manage to travel in all areas in Dubai on public transportation are welcome too
