JUNIOR ESTIMATOR (IMMEDIATE JOINING)
. At least 2 – 3 years on-the-job experience in a similar role or in any other construction capacity especially in the Aluminum and Glass industry.
. Prepare cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements
. Material Take off and Estimation
. Supports the preparation of procurement documents related to Estimating Specifications.
. Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, specifications, and related documents.
. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents.
. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
. Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
