Description:
We are looking for one Course Coordinator / Administrative Assistant. The candidates should be female with experience in handling Admin functions and marketing background.
Requirements:
– Good customer service orientation with proven working experience in front office handling receptionist responsibilities.
– Proficient in Microsoft Suite, knowledge of computer is essential.
– Friendly, accommodating and smart looking with the ability to build lasting customer relationship.
– Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
– Fluent in English is essential additional languages will be considered favorably.
– Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with parents and childrens office requirements.
– Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and can work under pressure with less supervision
-Be familiar with English/Mathematics curriculum and teaching
-Analytical skills to examine student test data and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
– Female (any nationality)
– Knowledge of computers is essential Microsoft Office skills
– Must have at least two (2) years experience in office and/or administrative duties.
