General Description:The Personal Assistant will provide direct secretarial and organizational support to the General Manager Responsibilities:Providing comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, business lunches, store visits, and preparing presentations Executing and administering travel arrangements such as hotel and flight bookings, visas, foreign exchange as per company’s travel policy and guidelines Arrangement of Sales Permission letters Ensuring file of all Credit card bookings handed over to accounts by the end of each monthCoordinate internal and external legal meetings as deem necessary by the GM and follow up on action items Overseeing the leasing process for commercial properties Perform other related duties as required from time to time Support the General Manager across various functions including legal, operations, commercial activities, leasing, business development, and other relevant areasQualifications:5 years of overall experience with minimum of 2 years of local experience working with a Senior ManagerMust have a Bachelor’s DegreeStrong oral and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively An independent person who can work with minimum supervision High level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all interactions Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant softwareFlexible and able to work in a busy environment
