Prepare plans for the recruitment process to carry out recruitment in an organized manner.2. Perform tasks effectively to achieve objectives and performance targets.3. Ensure that the recruitment and selection model is consistent with PCFC policy.4. Develop recruitment plan to deliver the Manpower Plan.5. Implement selection and recruitment policies and procedures for orderly and proper recruitment.6. Participate and arrange career fairs to facilitate recruitment.7. Respond to business needs (temporary recruit) and establish a network for candidates sourcing. (e.g. Recruitment agencies) for select suitable candidate for obtaining best work performance.8. Ensure availability and completion of candidate documents and complete contracts for future reference.9. Advice job applicants of the success or failure of their application to help them improve their applications.10. Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes and liaise with line Managers to support recruitment.11. Contribute to the effectiveness of the work team for enhanced recruitment functions.12. Relate effectively to managers, colleagues and internal clients to share and support recruitment.13. Contribute innovative ideas for making improvements to policies, procedures, processes, systems etc.14. Present a professional image of the Human Resource Division.15. Continuously improve own competence through personal development.16. Assist colleagues to develop tutorials and in training.17. Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, as assigned by the Manager- Talent Acquisition & Emiratization.18. Contribute to the annual strategic planning process of the section.19.
