JOB PURPOSE
To support Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to Plan, develop, organize, schedule and conduct Talent Development programs across the organization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES:
· Coordinate and schedule internal or external training for employees to meet their training needs.

KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Essential: Bachelor’s in human resource management with specialized training in Training and Development
Desirable: Degree in HR Development or Professional certification in Training
Job Skills: Training administration skills, good communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
Behavioral Competencies: Transparency, integrity, professionalism, passion for excellence, change management orientation.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant learning and development experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.
