DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES for DESIGN:

• Will be responsible in supporting manufacturing activities in design and

by developing/generating technical drawings

Providing technical support to production, planning and sales functions.

· Review of product requirements and specifications from the customer enquiry provided by sales.

· Provide technical support to sales in preparing quotations.

· Preparation of design and development documents.

· Control of design packages as per company procedure and applicable product lines.

· Control of changes in design as and when required.

· Generation of technical/product drawings

· Generate design improvement for the benefits of customer.

· Ensures on-time delivery of documents for review and approval based on contractual obligations.

· Provides technical support for non-conformance and corresponding corrective/preventive actions.

· Control of design records.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES for PLANNING

· Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.

· Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.

· Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.

· Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.

· Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.

· Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Operations Manager.

· Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.

· Report to the Operations Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.

· Track overall progress prepare monthly work progress statement and raise invoices

· Overall responsibility to plan the production activities

· Prepare plans and schedule for all project delivery.

· Issue work orders and route cards.

· Take Prior approvals before issuing route cards.

· Coordinate with customer on updating status and delivery schedules.

Preparing and gathering all data and information required for effective planning /scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai Free Zone: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
