We are looking to hire a real estate agent with a Dubai market experience, specialist in Off-Plan & Secondary Market to join our growing real estate sales team.REQUIREMENTS :1: Its an urgent requirement hence candidate must be able to join immediately.)2:UAE real estate experienced is a must.2:Excellent communication, interpersonal skills,Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals.3:Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize activities.4:Great organization skills to be able to create various scheduled, timelines and budgets.5:Ability to work independently when making important decisions.6:Great honesty and integrity skills7:Outstanding computer skills for preparing presentations and drafting property sale documentations.JOB RESPOSIBILTIES:1:Maintain a good relationship with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors and escrow companies.2:Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, deeds, contracts, purchase agreements and leases.3:Compile lists of real estate properties with details regarding their location, square footage and featuresPromote sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services and advertisements4:Establish a network of mortgage lenders, contractors and legal attorneys to whom you can refer clients.Inspect condition of premises and organize for necessary maintenance or inform property owners of maintenance needs.5:Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and research properties within their buying power.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to provide tailored real estate solutions.Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, online marketing, and networking events.Property Listings: Create compelling property listings with accurate information, appealing visuals, and engaging descriptions to attract potential buyers and renter.Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings (secondary / off plan), showcasing the best features of each property and addressing client inquiries.NOTE: THIS JOB IS COMPLETELY ON COMISSION BASIS(50%)
