To generate and maintains major accounts and assigned segments through various sales activities (face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, sight inspections).
To ensure thorough & complete coverage of sales team for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity.
To set up all sales objectives, action plans and team’s targets under the guidance of Director of Sales.
To closely monitor accounts revenue and business production from corporate market and runs monthly review meetings with Revenue Manager and Senior Sales Managers.
To ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximizes up selling opportunities of sales team.
To review direct competition and ensures complete awareness by all sales team of competitor’s activities at all times.
To review, analyze market and competition changes and implement proactive action plans to meet these changes in cooperation with Director of Sale.
To establish and maintains files of major accounts and assists the Director of Sales in maintaining the accounts management system.
To maintain an up to date account & contact database and details in property management system.
To consolidate month end Sales & Marketing report applicable information for the review of Director of Sales and thereafter (Area) Director of Sales & Marketing.
To chair sales team morning briefing in the presence of Director of Sales.
To attend departmental, communication & Revenue meeting.
