We, at Dr. Joy Dental Clinic, are looking for an experienced “Insurance Coordinator cum Receptionist” to join one of our clinics in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 1-2 yrs of experience in handling customers directly.
  • Should have a strong command in Spoken & Written English.
  • Confident in handling customer complaints, able to multi-task, presentable personality and positive energy driven applicants preferred.
  • Well versed with DHA Dental protocols (preferably CPC certified)
  • Aware of Insurance Portals & e-claims

** Anyone with healthcare front desk and Insurance Coordinator experience would be an added advantage.
