Have solid experience in UAE labor law.

Talent acquisition skills and headhunting experience with high negotiation skills using the professional standards.

Training, motivation, and develop the employee’s skills and competencies based on the company policy and procedures experience.

Have solid experience in administration and documentations fore all HR documents and functions.

Problem solver with very high professional communication skills.

Ability to manage and lead a team and make business plans, strategic plans (Such as salary scale etc..) & reports.

Create performance appraisals forms and measure KPI’s.

Have experience in dealing with higher management and direct contact with the CEO.

High flexibility in work environment and able to adapt to all changes at anytime.

Excellent command in Arabic speaking and writing.

Excellent command in English speaking and writing.
