Restaurant Hostess

Job Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and provide a warm welcome.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Manage the flow of guests, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate and have proper communication with management regarding guests and seating.
• Assist with taking reservations and managing the waitlist.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and servers to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards for service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Seat guests based on availability and guest preferences.
• Manage reservations, Provide detailed introductions during the events.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in person)
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes crowded environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
