The suitable candidate will be a qualified, natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team.Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior Formwork Instructor, this position requires someone who understands system formwork and scaffolding assembly, and is capable of instructing/guiding workers on the correct use of Doka products.We are looking for a Formwork Instructor to operate mainly in Abu Dhabi (ideally also based in Abu Dhabi). Full clean driving license is required. Your responsibilities Provide on-site support (professional briefing and training) to contractors during the initial assembling of system formwork Inspect formwork on site Act as a liaison between job site and Project Manager/Coordinator to monitor correct use of equipment at jobsite Ensure that the customer/client carry and practice the correct applications and assembly of system formwork Troubleshoot technical problems at jobsite and execute formwork solutions Attend site meeting with customer/clients Monitor the material delivery and ensure that it is return at site Issue Site Inspection Certificate Conduct site inspections and record misuse of formwork materials.
