Doctify Hiring for Partnerships Executive (Sales) Job at Dubai Full Time

As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a Partnership Executive (Sales) to join the Doctify family and play a key role in delivering exceptional sales performance across multiple verticals within the UAE market.

You will be working closely with the Sales Development and Customer Success team, with the aim of closing new customers, whilst building and nurturing positive relationships within the healthcare sector.

Department: Sales

Location: Dubai, hybrid working

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, engagement & customer acquisition
• Deliver sales strategy & own the entire sales process (incl. lead gen & nurturing new clients)
• Qualifying potential partners incl. doctors, dentists, health professionals, clinics & hospitals
• Research, prepare & deliver customer-specific pitch presentations
• Actively develop networks and relationships across healthcare providers & management structures
• Become a thought leader in the health tech field
• Consistently exceed KPIs and displaying month-on-month improvement
• Track overall performance against target and find new ways to accelerate

Requirements

• Proficiency in English language
• A valid UAE driving license and car (travel will be required)
• A minimum of 2-4 years experience in sales
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Agile approach
• Strong IT proficiency incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• An understanding or network of healthcare providers is helpful but not essential
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
