About The Role

As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an Onboarding Executive to join our Customer Success team. As the first team member a customer will engage with after the sales process, you will use your experience to educate and engage the customer to adopt the core product features.

You will need to be able to work effectively with our CRM to ensure we have excellent tracking and documentation of our client relationships, and will utilise the automated templates and playbooks provided.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing the onboarding & implementation for new clients for the first 90 days to ensure they have all the tools they need to successfully collect a good volume of reviews, as quickly as possible
• Working with customer to get the Doctify platform integrated with their personal/company website and patient communications systems
• Proactive outbound communication to clients to maximise the benefit of their Doctify subscription via structured campaigns, driving product adoption and health score indicators
• Responding to and resolving any performance related inbound queries from your portfolio of accounts
• Using data to and monitoring health scores to identify risk clients & provide solutions and training for under performing customers
• Building relationships with clients through face-to-face visits (approximately 30% of your time), providing training and education to clients and their support teams

About You

• You speak fluent English, (good knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not required)
• You are detail-oriented, a critical thinker and have a problem-solving mindset
• You love interacting with people and helping them achieve the best possible outcomes
• You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of telephone, virtual and face-to-face interactions
• You thrive working in a fast paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
• You have experience using data to successfully inform your decision-making, and measure your outcomes
