About The Role
As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an Onboarding Executive to join our Customer Success team. As the first team member a customer will engage with after the sales process, you will use your experience to educate and engage the customer to adopt the core product features.
You will need to be able to work effectively with our CRM to ensure we have excellent tracking and documentation of our client relationships, and will utilise the automated templates and playbooks provided.
