Overview:

Reporting into Channel Manager for MENA and working closely with internal and external partners, this proactive and professional individual is expected to provide full administrative support to the channel and production teams of Fatafeat and newly launching general entertainment and factual channel together with a Partner company.
This position requires a high level of internal interaction with managers as well as peers in other departments of the company, plus external interaction with business partners, suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities:


Fatafeat Production
Creating Project deliverables tracker and coordinating with internal departments and external vendors for timely deliverables.
  • Assisting in show budget, creating Invoices and PO on Netsuite System and keeping track of the budget.
  • Assisting in production schedule updates.
  • Freelance Crew and Service Provider bookings.
  • Local agreements with Freelance Crew and Service Providers.
  • Logistics bookings (Visa, flight accommodation) for non-local talents & crew.
  • Coordinating with Talents for recipes.
  • Coordinating with translation company for recipe translation.
  • Attending shoot, assisting the director and producer on Shooting days
  • Creating new vendor on SAP/Netsuite (when required).
  • Raising POs coordinating invoices and posting invoice to DNE cash team.
  • Creating monthly payment run excel sheets based on Master Payment tracker.
  • Archiving final show materials (except final master’s which is done by Editor& BSO) on internal server including:

    • Recipe text and stills
    • Production and talent stills
    • Logos
    • Transcripts

New Channel
  • Coordination of workflow and deliverables
  • Searching for necessary supplementary information on content in WBD systems
  • Liaising to international WBD teams to obtain necessary information and data needed by Partner and/or channel team members
  • Coordination of the work between team members
  • Tracking the project deadlines
  • Being in constant contact with the respective teams on Partner side to make sure their requests are properly addressed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in similar role is a distinct advantage
  • A proven track record of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
