The Team Builders is seeking a Dining Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service and knowledge of our upscale Asian fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Vietnamese and English, with prior experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant.Key Responsibilities:Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain high standards of fine dining, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.Menu Knowledge and Assistance: Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, and assist guests with food and beverage selections.Team Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen staff and other wait staff to ensure efficient service.Culture Immersion: Handle guest inquiries in Vietnamese and English, ensuring a culturally immersive experience for Vietnamese-speaking guests.Requirements:Fluency in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).Prior experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant.Strong understanding of Asian cuisine and culture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Positive attitude, with attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
