• Prepare all the required documents related to the shipment & customs.
• Monitoring and evaluating the shipment invoices and making insurance requests for the shipments.
• Securing the resolution of all shipments and inventory-related issues.
• Preserving timeliness and productivity while monitoring shipments and costs.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in logistics & shipping industry
• Having UAE experience is an added advantage
• Arabic nationality is preferred
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
• Provides periodically updated reports on the status of the shipments to the management
• Possess strong knowledge about shipping and logistics
• Knowledgeable in Dubai trade procedures and Mirsal 2 system
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Great accuracy and absolutely detail-oriented
