Role OverviewAt Precision Hire Solution, we’re seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge technology products and services that exceed customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver business value and prioritize backlogs effectively.Lead a team of Technical Product Owners, providing guidance, mentorship, and empowerment to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.Partner with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to ensure balanced backlogs, scalability, and performance.Participate in Sprint demos and assist in preparing system demos, visual release notes, and PI demos to drive increased adoption and use.Ensure the quality and integrity of data in the Product Catalogue and define methodologies for analyzing and responding to target metrics.Mentor and develop Technical Product Owners, contributing to the TPM community’s growth and advancement.Drive partnerships with vendors, minimizing bespoke customization and influencing business process changes for maximum efficiency.RequirementsDegree in a relevant domain, qualified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or Agile Product Management.8 years of total experience, 3-5 years of practical experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner.Strong communication skills, technical expertise, and experience in developing direct and indirect reports.Desirable SkillsKnowledge of modern responsive websites and ability to convert large initiatives into features.Experience in prioritization techniques and applying Minimum Viable Product to increase speed to market.BenefitsEnjoy an attractive tax-free salary, generous travel benefits, and an excellent leave and healthcare package as a managerial role at Precision Hire Solution.
