This role is ideal for someone who understands the digital media landscape, thrives on achieving sales goals, and is passionate about helping clients amplify their messages.Key Responsibilities:Engage with potential clients who would benefit from IBC Group’s media services.Conduct cold calling, emails, and social media outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.Present and promote our media services to prospective clients, focusing on the unique value we bring.Build and nurture long-term relationships by understanding client needs and delivering solutions.Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to understand and effectively communicate our services, value propositions, and media packages.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular reports on progress and strategies.Keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and our market positioning to address client questions and objections effectively.Requirements:Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in media, digital marketing, or a related field.Strong knowledge of digital media, social platforms, and influencer marketing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar tools).Expertise in HubSpot or Airtable is highly preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Remote work with flexible hours.Opportunities for growth and development in a fast-growing media company.
