Diehl Aviation Middle East – Technical Onsite Manager
What you can achieve with us:
Define back office governance and ensure homebased focal points for working party support.
Find technical documents and track information in SAP.
Ensure complete Kits delivery / missing or scraped parts to be replaced immediately.
Support the right amount of BFE material and consumables, ensure availability of contingency parts, define new parts (not included in SBs) and name them based on BOMs.
Give technical instructions and guidance according the SBs (Service Bulletin).
Initiate SB deviations and new SB release.
Ensure release of documents (SBs, Minor Change, GCAA Approval, EASA Form 1, if requiring Re-Certification).
Develop Forecast and provide detailed order status.
Ensure product stock is adequate from all distribution sides and can cover customers direct demand.
Takeover of additional tasks when is required.
Your contribution to our team:
Minimum 5 years of experience working in Aviation OEM/MRO/Airline or similar position.
Understanding of all technical and relevant aviation procedure and release documents.
Working knowledge of ERP software (e.g. SAP).
Advanced Skills in main MS Office Applications.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Work with relevant interfaces within the organization.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities (German and/or Arabic speaking is an advantage).
Must prossess a legal permit in United Arab Emirates.
