As a medical Finance Executive, we need a professional team leader for finance who can deal with his/her excellent financial skills for the day-by-day transactions. Someone who doesn’t have UAE experience will not be entertained by us.
- Processing and paying invoices
- Preparing and distributing cheques to employees and vendors
- Processing bank transfer requests
- Completing and submitting tax returns, VAT returns and National Insurance contributions
- Checking and updating ledger balances
- Scanning, filing, and logging account documents
- Updating computerized accounting systems
- Producing accurate financial reports and information.
- Facilitating contract negotiations
- Supervising financial reporting and budgeting
- Ensuring a healthcare organization’s finances meet legal requirements
- Analyzing financial reports and market trends to find ways to lower costs and increase profits
- Consulting with top executives about the financial decisions.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Must Have 2 to 3 years of experience in Medical Equipment Supplies or Trading.
- Prefer UAE Driving license. ERP experiences beneficial needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
