Currently, we are currently looking for a passionate and energetic IT Functional Analyst to be based in the IT Team. In this role, the successful candidate will need to work on the development and maintenance of IT software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and document business requirements for projects from business units and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations while meeting business and customer requirements.
• Ensure all IT software application solutions and implementations are tested before UAT.
• Follow IT rationalization process “DePICT”/ “SCRUM” in executing all projects and support activities.
• Develop and support IT software application solutions with agreed deliverables.
• Plan and assess integration with IT system services where required to eliminate system hindrances.
• Ensure timely enhancements of existing solutions to bring about positive changes on project analyses.

Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Science, Computer Science preferable.
• International certifications in database, framework and software programming.
• 2+ year experience on software applications solutions; logistics and warehousing.
• Proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to details and concern for quality.
