Currently, we are seeking for Field Sales Specialist with LCL Experience to be based in Dubai, UAE.

In this role, the successful candidate is responsible to win, retain and develop Business Customers (BC). Targets new customers and generates additional revenue with existing customers by increasing share of wallet. Gathers customer and market information to update Product departments on current customer and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Seeks and prospects for business customer (BC) targets to win new customers
• Plans and manages BC
• Conducts regular visits to existing customers and prospects
• Builds rapport and trust with customers
• Assesses customer needs
• Recommends solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge and product
• solutions
• Closes business
• Supports customer retention by conducting joints visits with Product Team and
• by organizing customer workshops
• Own and maintains the Customer Standard Operating Procedure
• Facilitates business implementation through the implementation team
• Collects relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for
• customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations (SLA’s & SOP’s)

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

• Deep knowledge on DGF products (AFR/OFR)
• Good communication and presentation skills, ideally selling experience in competitive markets
• High degree of self-confidence, initiative and commitment
• PC literate, excellent organizational, communication incl. telephone and writing skills
• Fluent in English verbal/written communication
• At least two years’ experience in the Logistics / Freight forwarding industry
• At least one year experience of direct sales
