As an IT Project Manager you will plan and oversee project delivery (with regards to time, budget and scope) and ensure quality, time and budget objectives. Ensure stakeholder expectations are satisfied and change is appropriately managed to deliver a project to a successful implementation while maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations.

Your Job:

• Plan and oversee of project preparation such as Project Benefit identification, scoping, and development of Project Charter
• Develop project plan, milestones, budgets per project scope
• Act to apply Project Management Frameworks (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) practices in a manner to best suit the needs of the initiative
• Staff projects in alignment with line managers and delivery areas and manage the project team
• Monitor cost, timescales and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances
• Track, maintain, and publish project reports (i.e. workload, budget) by using the designated tools
• Guide the team and organize on how to leverage project management practices and values to maximize the delivery of business value
• Lead a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, milestones, and schedule
• Actively identify and refine mitigation approaches for project risks and issues and escalate when necessary
• Build a trusting environment where issues are raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on correcting and problem solving
• Champion collaborative discussion, decision making, and problem solving
• Drive internal and external team communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
• Coordinate and encourage participation from all team members in project management ceremonies (Kick-Offs, Requirements Gathering, Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective)
• Continually enhance personal domain knowledge of systems, products, and industry
• Identify and act on coaching opportunities at the individual and team level

WE EXPECTQualifications :

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration/Computer engineering/IT or similar qualification
• Several years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Information Technology project delivery with in-depth knowledge of the processes of the entire software development and product life cycle
• Demonstrable experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Track record of successful implementations that delivered value to the business, resulting in measurable business outcomes
• Consultative and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharing
• A high degree of commitment and the willingness and ability to master the various tasks are essential
• Must be accustomed and experienced with fast changing requirements on given project(s)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in Planview, Azure DevOps, Miro, preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
