Legal Compliance & HR Support Supervisor

Dubai, United Arab Emirates Full Time Associate Supervise and monitor proper implementation of Group legal & HR policy and ensure the compliance in all Middle East affiliates.

Renewals of Office lease, Trade / Commercial License, Employment contracts as per local labor laws in UAE, Qatar, KSA, Egypt, Turkey.

Compliance of GOSI, Zakat, Chamber of Commerce, Insurances, Saudization rules, Governmental portals, UBO, ESR, VAT, Corporate Tax etc Explore and make feasibility study on new business Licenses in various Free Zones in all regions and their requirements.

Group and Local HR related tasks Review commercial contracts and draft business documents. Counsel and assist managers on contentious cases with regards to negotiations and legal responsibilities. Follow-up commercial litigation, when applicable. Liaise with outside lawyers to execute paperwork or complete transactions, when applicable. Provide legal support for a variety of business units including, but not limited to Finance, Human Resources, and IT.

Perform comprehensive research and analysis of cases, statutes, regulations, and other legal materials Oversee IP, corporate and administrative filing related to legal matters.

Support information and various ad hoc projects assigned by Management. Control the statutory and legal requirements are met the compliance (license, permits). Participate to outside discussion and or negotiations with related government agencies. Provide Management with the clear insights regarding new regulation updated or changes in statutory regulations that may affect directly or indirectly the company (business, legal, tax) and propose the action plan (when applicable).
